Below is a copy of the "Certificate of Training" issued to
Mario Lanthier by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency in February
2005.
The "Canadian Nursery Certification Program" has been in place
since 1997, and allows nurseries exporting into the United States to perform in-house
plant inspection before shipment. The
participating nurseries must compile records into a standardized format
for review by government inspectors.
