Pesticide Efficacy Trial

These projects are conducted on ornamental plants and fruit trees
in landscapes, field production or greenhouse production,
including trees, shrubs, flowers and turf.

 Examples of past trials:
- Insecticide screening for European elm scale on street trees (2007 to 2009)
- Insecticide screening trial for insect pests in conifer seed orchards (2009)
- The herbicides BroadStar and SureGuard for nursery production (2005 to 2007)
- The herbicide Mogeton for nursery production (2006)
- The miticide Floramite for conifer plants (2006)
- The insecticide Isomate-P for peach tree borer (2002)

New Products

These projects are conducted on production sites.

 Examples of past trials:
- Use of mulches and disks for weed control in nursery container production
- Lawn maintenance with an organic-based fertilizer
- Fertilizer RainGrow for tomato production

 We hold a certificate of training from Pacific Rim Consulting
for Application of G.L.P.s to Field Studies.
