Scheduling during peak season

Peak season is between March 1 and October 31.

During peak season, our work is almost exclusively for on-site visits.
Because many of our contracts are year-round, and we are grateful for the support of these companies and public agencies, our time is committed in priority to these contracts.

For short on-site visits to help diagnose problems and review current programs, please contact us two weeks in advance.
For more extensive projects that involve many days of work, please contact us the preceding fall or winter to discuss a schedule.

Scheduling during off-season

Off-season is between November 1 and February 28.

During off-season, we conduct classes at local colleges and private training sessions for companies.
This time of year is excellent to review your operations, research specific procedures or prepare a report for your agency.

For small projects, please contact us two weeks in advance.
For more extensive projects that involve many days of work, please contact us one or two months ahead of time.

Fees for consulting and advisory services

March to October (on-site consulting)
Fees include related expenses and are as follows:

- Projects on a per-hour basis within driving distance of Kelowna:
$100 per hour plus GST
- Projects on a per-day basis within driving distance of Kelowna:
$725 per day plus GST
- Projects on a season-long basis within driving distance of Kelowna:
$575 per day plus GST for contracts over 10 days per year
- For locations more than 3 hours driving from Kelowna:
add the cost of traveling plus GST

November to February (on-site or office research)
Fees include related expenses and are as follows:

- Projects on a per-hour basis: $90 per hour plus GST
- Projects on a per-day basis: $575 per day plus GST
- Projects for more than 10 days of work: $460 per day plus GST
- Projects locations more than 3 hours driving from Kelowna:
add the cost of traveling (by car or by airplane) plus GST
