Scheduling of projects

Peak season is between March 1 and October 31.

During peak season, our work is almost exclusively for on-site visits.

As many of our contracts are year-round, and we are grateful for the support of these companies and public agencies, our time is committed in priority to these contracts.

Please contact us in advance to reserve dates.

For small on-site projects, please contact us two weeks in advance.

For more extensive projects than involve many days of work, we appreciate being contacted in late winter or early spring to make necessary arrangements.

Fees for research projects

March to October (on-site research)
Fees include related expenses and are as follows:

- Projects on a per-hour basis within driving distance of Kelowna:
$95 per hour plus GST

- Projects on a per-day basis within driving distance of Kelowna:
$690 per day plus GST

- Projects on a season-long basis within driving of Kelowna:
$550 per day plus GST for contracts over 10 days per year

- For locations more than 3 hours driving from Kelowna:
add the cost of traveling plus GST

November to February (on-site or office research)
Fees include related expenses and are as follows:

- Projects on a per-hour basis: $80 per hour plus GST

- Projects on a per-day basis: $550 per day plus GST

- Projects for more than 10 days of work: $440 per day plus GST

- Projects locations more than 3 hours driving from Kelowna:
add the cost of traveling (by car or by airplane) plus GST
