Published in February 2010 in "HortWest", the magazine of B.C. Landscape Nursery Association.

	Pesticides safety *"Pesticides Safety: The Continuum Of Opinions"* A 5-page document on the safe use of pesticides including a statement reflecting the position of our company (see under "conclusion"). Published in January 2010 in "Turf Line News", the magazine of the Western Canada Turfgrass Association.

	Tree selection *"Tree selection for urban areas of the Okanagan"* A 4-page table with suggestions for urban tree selection in the B.C. Interior region. Presented in Kelowna, B.C. in October 2009 at the annual training meeting of the ISA-PNW (Pacific NorthWest chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture).

	Nutrient deficiencies in landscape plants *"Common Symptoms Of Nutrient Deficiencies In Ornamental Plants"* A flyer of common nutrient deficiencies of landscape plants in the B.C. Interior region. Presented in Kelowna, B.C. in October 2009 at the annual training meeting of the ISA-PNW (Pacific NorthWest chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture).

	Weed Control *"Weeds in the Hot Seat: A Primer"* A one-page article on chemical-free management of weeds. Published in May 2009 in "HortWest", the magazine of B.C. Landscape Nursery Association.

	Pamphlets on pest management in the back yard A series of 6 pamphlets on common pest problems for education of home owners. Prepared by our company in 2009 for the City of Kelowna. "Managing aphids in your yard" "Managing powdery mildew" "Managing pests of fruit trees" "Managing your lawn" "Managing weeds in your yard" "Managing pests in your yard" The brochures print back-to-back and fold in a 3-panel flyer.

	Pest management and organic farmers "Pest Management: What Can We Learn From Organic Farmers" A 4-page article on management of insects, diseases and weeds with minimal pesticide use. Presented in Victoria BC in 2004 at the Annual Conference of the Western Canada Turfgrass Association.

	Monitoring techniques *"Monitoring Techniques For Urban Landscapes"* A 4-page article on commonly-used techniques for insect pests of ornamental plants. Published in 2004 in "Landscape Trades", the magazine of Landscape Ontario.

	Ash aphid "Ash Leafcurl Aphid (Prociphilus fraxinifolii Riley): Field Studies In The Okanagan Valley, British Columbia" Results from field monitoring by our company in the Okanagan Valley. Presented in November 2003 in Kelowna B.C. at the annual meeting of the Entomological Society of Canada.

Presented in Medicine Hat, Alberta in 2003 at the annual meeting of the Prairie Chapter of the ISA (International Society of Arboriculture).

	Lawn and organic based fertilizers *"Lawn Maintenance With Organic-Based Fertilizers"* Results from field trials by our company with liquid and solid applications of compost-based products. Presented in August 2002 in Victoria, B.C. at "Organic World Congress”, the meeting of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements).
